I want to thank Mona Bateman for taking the following pictures. I love the way she has captured the essence of a
great horse show - horses, kids, parents hanging out together and supporting each other. It is not all about winning.
Pattie Colbert (Colbert Ranch outside of Burnet TX), came up to me during the show. She is a member of CAQHA
and she wanted to tell me that she was very impressed with "our" kids. As she said, they will learn lessons from
working with/showing horses, that (they) will carry with them all their life.
